Sales Engineer

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing Department and to maintain constant productivity and effectiveness of the Department.
  • Responsible for development of the business.
  • Responsible for achievement of the overall company’s sales target (monthly and annually) as set by the Management.
  • Planning and developing of business strategies including world-wide marketing network, planning and organizing exhibitions, sales seminars, companies’ newsletter and brochures, scheduling the direct mailing and visiting of customers locally and world-wide.
  • Planning and developing sales activities including:
    • Planning and developing of sales strategies
    • Canvassing and securing sales locally and world wide
    • Preparation of quotation, service report and invoicing for the sale
    • Follow up of the purchase orders from clients
    • Customers’ relationship enhancement activities and customers’ services
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Manager position.
  • Transport allowance and Vehicles will be provided.

 

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Report directly to the Business Development Manager.
  • Duties include commercial, estimation, quotation, billing, costing and recovering of payments from clients.
  • Responsible for sales support activities.
  • Updating of monthly sales revenue, cost verification and commercial auditing.
  • TLiaise with the sales and operations department in all commercial related matters.
  • Carry out joint inspection with Operations Department when necessary to properly understand the job scope for quotation preparation.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

 

Store and Logistics Administrator

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Work closely with customer and freight forwarder to arrange cost effective shipment.
  • Advise internal. external customers at timely basis pertaining to delivery schedule.
  • Prepare Performa Invoice/Packing List, Work Order for shipments and deliveries.
  • Prepare Materials Request Form for goods issued out from inventory.
  • Update Goods receive and issue movement.
  • To be involved in Pick & Pack process.
  • Communicate and work closely with business unit in ensuring the overall Company objectives/performance is achieved at all times.
  • Stock inventory control and store-keeping.
  • Maintain proper inventory control of the workshop, the spare parts and the compressor store.
  • Preparation of necessary shipping documents and liaising with transport / logistics company for the concerned shipment.
  • Any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor or Management.
