Job Description :



1. ON-LINE JOB FILE HOUSEKEEPING (ASTORYARD)

1.1. File all Project related documents to Astoryard; i.e. Work Reports, Timesheets, Customer Evaluation Form, Commissioning Checklists, etc.

2. LIAISON OFFCER ON ALL OPERATIONAL ARRANGEMENTS

2.1. Following-up on the deployment schedule to clients (with the help / instructions from Operations Manager, Assistant Managers and Technical Officers).

2.2. Arrangements of Visa Application / Approval for Operations and Engineering Department personnel for overseas deployment.

2.3. Communicating with respective Rig Administrators on travel arrangements (Letter of Invitation, Joining Instructions, Land Transfer and Accommodation).

2.4. Communicating with Sub-Contractors on the Letter of Indemnity for Shipyard Sub-Contractor Permits.

2.5. Coordinating with shipowner’s agent regarding OME/ Sub-contractor’s entry/working permit, hot work permit and other MPA requirements working in PSA or Anchorage.

2.6. Coordinating with shipowner’s agent/shipowner regarding the launch or cargo boat arrangements for personnel or logistics to and from the vessel.

3. ARRANGEMENT OF FLIGHT ITINERARY / TICKET FOR ALL OPERATIONS AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL

3.1. As most return tickets are of ‘Open Date’, the return ticket bookings are literally arranged at any time of the day (including night time, weekend or Public Holidays); as long as the Rig or staff personnel requests for repatriation.

4. MONITORING & ARRANGEMENT OF SAFETY PASSES AND OFFSHORE CLEARANCES

4.1. Petronas Carigali Smart Pass, Shell Pass, Petrofac Safety Passport and Maersk Online Safety Induction and etc. for Operations and Engineering Department personnel (overseas deployment).

5. MONITORING & ARRANGEMENT OF SSIS/SSSC, PSA PASS, BOSIET AND RELEVANT COURSES EXPIRATION

5.1. Shipyard Safety Induction arrangements.

5.2. Shipyard C&G Passes.

6. MONITORING OF PASSPORTS AND RESIDENCE PERMITS EXPIRY FOR OPERATIONS PERSONNEL

6.1. Liaising with HR Department on updating of personnel records.

7. PREPARATION OF WORK REPORTS, TIMESHEETS AND RELEVANT DOCUMENTS FOR LOCAL AND OVERSEAS DEPLOYMENTS

7.1. Assisting Supervisors, Project Coordinators and Site PIC on Work Report and Timesheet preparation.

8. UPDATING OF THE DAILY MANPOWER RECORDS (OPERATIONS TIMESHEET FOR ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN PAYROLL PURPOSES)

8.1. Liaising with Technical Officers on the Operations personnel job assignment (for job number allocation) or whereabouts.

8.2. Outstation Timesheet for personnel who was deployed on overseas assignment (based on their timesheet).

8.3. Uploading and finalizing the Operations Timesheets for HR/Accounts reference.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, or related discipline.

At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative function

Able to multi-task and work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint

Team player with positive attitude at work

Effective interpersonal and communications skills

Strong analytical skills

Independent, resourceful and meticulous

Proficient in Microsoft Office



Job Description :



Report directly to the Operations Manager and his duly authorized officers.

To involve in job inspections and preparation of the detailed job report as per inspected for submission to client.

To be involved in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) for equipment, materials and tools for the project.

Closely work and liaise with Procurement, Engineering/Project Department and Technical Officers when interface with engineering projects and repairs work are concerned such as preparation of drawings, project schedules and Engineering calculations as and when required.

To be fully in charge of the full coordination of the project from preparations of materials, delivery of materials and project execution.

Closely work and liaise with Technical Officers and Commercial Department in preparation of quotation.

To be on-site to coordinate the project and to ensure that the project is carried out in accordance to the quoted quantum of work scope.

Maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the projects.

Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when necessary.



Job Requirement:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

On the job training is provided for candidates.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Marine / Offshore industry will be an advantage.

Must be specialise in either RHVAC, Electrical, Carpentry and Steelwork.

Dynamic individual with interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, good organizational and project management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Team player with positive attitude at work.

Independent, resourceful and meticulous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.



Job Description :



Sourcing of materials and manpower, commercial estimation and customer billing.

Provide quotation independently for enquires from customers.

Creation of Budget Costing Sheet before generation of quotation.

Liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Operations Department for all commercial related matters.

Liaise with customers for job clarifications to prepare quotation.

Carry out site inspection to understand the job scope for quotation generation when required.

Hold inter-department discussions to understand the work that needs to be quoted for.

Assist Sales by coordinating with our internal department in all aspects.

To support Sales Department if needed by visiting new and existing customers to canvass for jobs.

Any other duties assigned by the HOD or Management as and when necessary.



Job Requirement:



Candidate must possess Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration.

At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative function.

Good knowledge of RHVAC (Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) will be advantage.

Able to multi-task to meet quotation submission deadlines.

Team player with positive attitude at work.

Able to work independently.



Job Description :



Designing of refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (RHVAC) system, site project survey, inspection and cost estimation, preparation of materials listing, drawings, installation, testing and commissioning.

Closely work and liaise with the Commercial & Sales Department and the Operation Department on projects that require the involvement of both these departments.

Preparation of quotations for RHVAC projects.

Provide technical support to the field works that include but not limited to the air-conditioning, ventilation, heating, electrical and automation system, mechanical and general:

     A) Technical survey and inspection, survey report writing, materials listing, equipment selection, quantification and identification.

     B) Technical support to field work coordination.

Heat load calculation and air duct system design.

Project coordination between worksite, office, clients and suppliers.

Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when necessary.



Job Requirement:



Tertiary education in engineering discipline

At least 2 years’ working experience in RHVAC systems preferably in marine industry

Has in-depth knowledge of refrigeration cycle theory, line components, circuit flushing, refrigerant recovery, pressure testing and vacuuming

Good written and verbal communication and coaching skills

Proficient in written and oral English communication skill

Proficient in material take off and labour estimate for a given RHVAC project

Good understanding on electrical circuit diagram and HVAC Controls (Electrical and PLC)

Good grasp on technical writing

Good analytical skills

Able to work independently

Team player

Knowledge on Project Schedule Software or Autocad is an advantage

At least 2 years in Marine/ Oil & Gas industries, Ship Owners and Shipmanagement will be highly advantageous.

Responsible, meticulous and able to work under pressure.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Marine / Offshore industry will be an advantage.

Able to multi-task to meet quotation submission deadlines.

Independent, resourceful and meticulous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
